Shortly before his death his work started to get recognized and today Vincent van Gogh is one of the best known artists in the world.

Janneke Ipenburg
Janneke Ipenburg (1979) is auteur/illustrator en maakte prentenboeken met oa Rian Visser en Marjolein Visser en Paul Verrept. Ze schreef en illustreerde oa Het Feest (Leopold) en Voor altijd bij jou (Pelckmans). Janneke werkt met verschillende materialen, vaak acrylverf, maar ook potlood, aquarel, gouache of pastel, afhankelijk van het karakter van het boek. Haar beelden hebben vaak een poëtische inslag, maar ze legt ook graag humor in haar
